Upon returning from college, Zach worked at Sea Masters Marine Construction for four years. During this time, he became proficient in design drawings, permits, and sales for seawalls, docks, boat lifts/houses, and backyard decks. Zach established working relationships with all governing agencies related to the industry, including the Army Corps of Engineers, Swiftmud, EPC, and City of Tampa permitting offices. With this knowledge, he adds incredible value to waterfront buyers and sellers, being able to negotiate harder for them and educate them on achievable outcomes within their backyard oasis and the timelines for implementation.A long-time resident of Tampa, Florida, and third generation Broker Associate.
