Meet Zach Vath, a dedicated and experienced Broker Associate with a passion for helping people. As a skilled commercial and residential Broker Associate, he has quickly established himself as a multi-million dollar producer.

Upon returning from college, Zach worked at Sea Masters Marine Construction for four years. During this time, he became proficient in design drawings, permits, and sales for seawalls, docks, boat lifts/houses, and backyard decks. Zach established working relationships with all governing agencies related to the industry, including the Army Corps of Engineers, Swiftmud, EPC, and City of Tampa permitting offices. With this knowledge, he adds incredible value to waterfront buyers and sellers, being able to negotiate harder for them and educate them on achievable outcomes within their backyard oasis and the timelines for implementation.

 
A long-time resident of Tampa, Florida, and third generation Broker Associate. Zach has intimate knowledge of the area and is an expert on all things local, from the best education and go-to hotspots to the best dining and entertainment options. He’s recently resided in Channelside and South Tampa and has a great understanding of the dynamics, culture, and opportunities of the neighborhood.
 
When he is not assisting his clients to find their dream properties, Zach is active in his community, coaching Little League and shaking hands with his next client. He is a leader in every sense of the word, evidenced by his time and commitment to his college football team.
